Body fat - Unknown - Guess I will have to get this measured someplace professional...
Diet starts 19 December 2011
Basics:
- Avoid white carbohydrates (or anything that can be white)
- Eat the same few meal over and over again
- Don't drink calories
- Don't eat fruit
- Take one day off a week, and go nuts!
Well there you have it, guess my adventure is off to a start. I will commit to keeping weekly posts, but may post more, depending on my progress.
